The nonprofit ‘Baltimore Heritage’ has a new project recognizing the owners of 100-year legacy businesses, and project researcher, Richard Messick and executive director Johns Hopkins tell us all about it. Then we hear the real deal about two family-run establishments: from Joe DiPasquale of DiPasquale’s Italian Market and Tony Tochterman, of Tochterman’s Fishing and Tackle.
