She is a member of the Community Advisory Board for Bmore for Healthy Babies, and a member of the Working Group for the “Black Mamas Matter Alliance,” a national organization focused on maternal health. Rebeca Dineen is the Assistant Commissioner of the Baltimore Bureau of Maternal and Child Health.
