Horace worked in federal, state and local law enforcement for 28 years, including more than two decades with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). He was based in Baltimore for some of that time, where he served as an ATF Violent Crime Supervisor.Ron Harris is the co-author of the new book.
